Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาสังคมในการแก้ไขปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา  2019 เพื่ออยู่ร่วมกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019  และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการสร้างสรรค์ทางสาธารณสุข เพื่ออยู่ร่วมกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของชุมชนในพื้นที่เขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 20 คน และจากการสนทนากลุ่ม จากเอกสาร โดยมีการตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้าเพื่อตรวจสอบและยืนยันความถูกต้อง

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาสังคม ได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โดยมีการประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับการให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ให้ประชาชนมีการปฏิบัติตน และสามารถแนะนำบุคคลในครอบครัวให้ตระหนักถึงความปลอดภัยในการเกิดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ช่วยสนับสนุนด้านเวชภัณฑ์ ยา หน้ากากอนามัย ถุงยังชีพ อาหาร สนับสนุนบริการด้านการเคลื่อนย้ายผู้ป่วยอาการหนักไปรักษาที่โรงพยาบาล มีการสนับสนุนการจัดพื้นที่ศูนย์พักคอย และอุปกรณ์ สนับสนุนบุคลากรฉีดพ่นน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อทำความสะอาดสถานที่ต่างๆ  บ้าน และห้องประชุม มีการจัดการสร้างสรรค์ทางสาธารณสุข เพื่อให้ประชาชนปลอดภัยมีการฉีดวัคซีนให้กับประชาชนโดยมีอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข เป็นตัวกลางให้ความสะดวกกับประชาชน

Abstract

            This research is qualitative research, has objectives, i.e. (1) This research is qualitative research. Objectives 1) To study the participation of government agencies, the private sector and civil society in solving the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 in order to coexist with the coronavirus disease 2019. (2) to study creative management in public health to coexist with the coronavirus disease 2019 of communities in Prawet area, Bangkok Metropolitan. Data collected by interviewing 20 key informants  and also gathering information in many aspects. Triangulation is applied to the examination and validation of accuracy.

            The results indicate that, government agencies, the private sector and civil society has participated in solving the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 by public relations by educating and empowering people to practice and can advise family members to be aware of the safety of the disease, help support medical supplies, medicines, masks, survival bags, food, support the transportation of critically ill patients to hospitals. There is support in the arrangement of waiting areas and equipment. Support personnel to spray disinfectants to clean various places, houses and meeting rooms. Creative management of public health to coexist with Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Prawet area to keep people safe is to provide accessibility of vaccination to the people with public health volunteers serve as an intermediary to facilitate them.
