บทความวิชาการนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาหาความรู้ในเรื่องของ ภูมิปัญญากับการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น เพื่อให้ทราบถึง บทบาทและความสําคัญในด้านต่างๆ ของการจัดการความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นต่อการพัฒนา ศึกษาแนวคิดสําคัญในการพัฒนาชุมชนท้องถิ่นบนพื้นฐานภูมิปัญญา และศึกษาการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นด้วยภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น จากการศึกษาทำให้ทราบว่า การพัฒนาชุมชนท้องถิ่นในปัจจุบัน มีแนวคิด มาจากปัญหาที่ชุมชนท้องถิ่นนั้นพบเจอ ทำให้เกิดการตรึกตรองว่า ทําอย่างไรจึงจะพึ่งพาตนเองได้ โดยการคำนึงถึงรากเหง้าตามวิถีวัฒนธรรมเดิมที่มีอยูในชุมชนท้องถิ่น เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพึ่งพาตนเอง โดยอาศัยทุนทางปัญญา ทุนทางสังคมวัฒนธรรม และทุนทางทรัพยากร ที่มีอยูในชุมชนท้องถิ่นนํามาใช้ในการพัฒนา ซึ่งนําไปสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นจะช่วยพัฒนาบุคคล ช่วยการปฏิบัติงานและช่วยในการดํารงชีวิต ซึ่งมีผลต่อการพัฒนาสังคมและประเทศชาติและมีความสําคัญในหลายระดับ ต่อบุคคล องค์กร และสังคม

Abstract

The purpose of this academic article is to investigate wisdom and local development knowledge. The study explored various dimensions of the function and significance of local wisdom management in connection to important community concepts and the process of local development through local wisdom. Because local community growth presently is represented by local community issues, the question of how to be self-sufficient has surfaced. This notion is influenced by primitive culture and will guide individuals in the community via the utilization of intellectual, sociocultural, and resource capital available in the community to be employed in development. This leads to long-term development. Local research will enable individuals to improve their quality of life, which will have a direct impact on the progress of society and the nation. Thus, individuals, organizations, and societies all benefit from it on various levels.
