การประเมินหลักสูตรตามความต้องการของผู้สอน (Curriculum assessment in accordance with instructor's needs)

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

                การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณสมบัติด้านต่าง ๆ ตามความต้องการของผู้สอน สำหรับหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้สอน โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรของการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้สอนหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 10 คน

            ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้สอนมีความต้องการให้หลักสูตรฯ (1) สร้างภาวะผู้นำอย่างมีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม (2) สามารถสร้างความรู้ทฤษฎีทางรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ที่ประยุกต์ใช้แก้ปัญหาต่างๆ ได้ (3) สามารถใช้ความรู้ในการวิเคราะห์รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ในบริบทใหม่ ให้คิด วิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ บนหลักการของเหตุผล (4) มีทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและสร้างความรับผิดชอบ (5) สามารถสร้างทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (6) ทำให้นักศึกษามีความรู้ความสามารถในด้านต่างๆ (7) ทำให้นักศึกษาเป็นผู้มีนวัตกรรม มีทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่รู้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมและของโลก (8) สามารถทำให้นักศึกษาเป็นพลเมืองที่เข้มแข็งมีความกล้าหาญทางจริยธรรม แนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเห็นว่า ควรจะปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้ทันสมัยและสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของโลกและสังคม

Abstract

            The objectives of this research were (1) to study knowledge, skills and qualifications in accordance with the needs of Instructor for the Master of Public Administration program Ramkhamhaeng University and (2) to study the guidelines for the development of the Master of Public Administration program. Ramkhamhaeng University in accordance with the needs of Instructor. It is a qualitative research. The research population included those who taught the Master of Public Administration program. Ramkhamhaeng University using a sample of 10 people. The results showed that Instructors want the curriculum (1) to create leadership with morality and ethics; (2) to be able to build knowledge of the theory of public administration that can be applied to solve problems; (3) to be able to use the knowledge to analyze public administration in context. New to think, analyze and synthesize on the principle of reason. (4) have interpersonal skills and build responsibility (5) be able to build numerical analysis skills, communication and use of information technology (6) make students have knowledge and competence in various fields. (7) Make students to be innovative Having 21st century skills to stay up-to-date with social and global changes (8) can make students strong citizens with moral courage. Course development guidelines The curriculum should be updated to meet the changing circumstances. in line with the needs of the world and society.
