การให้บริการของแผนกผู้ป่วยใน ตึกศัลยกรรมประสาท โรงพยาบาลนครพิงค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ (Inpatient department services at Neurosurgery Building, Nakornping Hospital, Chiangmai Province)

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการให้บริการของแผนกผู้ป่วยในตึกศัลยกรรมประสาท โรงพยาบาลนครพิงค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการให้บริการ และแนวทางการพัฒนาการให้บริการของแผนกผู้ป่วยในตึกศัลยกรรมประสาท โรงพยาบาลนครพิงค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเอกสารและวิจัยสนาม ในส่วนของการวิจัยสนาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่าวิธีการให้บริการของแผนกผู้ป่วยในตึกศัลยกรรมประสาทโรงพยาบาลนครพิงค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ คือ การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลโดยใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล ได้แก่ การประเมินภาวะสุขภาพ การกำหนดข้อวินิจฉัยทางการพยาบาล การวางแผนการพยาบาล การปฏิบัติการพยาบาล และการประเมินผลการพยาบาล โดยคำนึงถึงมิติทางการพยาบาล 4 มิติ คือ การส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การป้องกันโรค การดูแลรักษา และการฟื้นฟูสภาพร่างกาย มุ่งเน้นให้ญาติมีส่วนร่วมและเป็นศูนย์กลางในการดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียง โดยใช้วิธีการให้บริการผู้ป่วยใน ประกอบด้วยกระบวนการหลัก 4 กระบวนการ ได้แก่ การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนรับผู้ป่วย การรับผู้ป่วย การดูแลรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วย และการจำหน่าย เพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันและสามารถดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงต่อเนื่องที่บ้านได้ และการติดต่อประสานงานในการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยไปยังโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ประสานงานเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลต่อเนื่องในชุมชน เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับการดูแลอย่างครอบคลุม (Holistic Care)

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the service methods of inpatient department, problems and obstacles in providing services and guidelines for the development of inpatient department services Neurosurgery Building, Nakornping Hospital, Chiangmai Province. By using field research methods, data were collected by structured interviews from 10 key informants. The results of the research showed that the patient services provided in the department are nursing practice using nursing procedures such as health assessment, determination of nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing practice and nursing evaluation. With regard to the four dimensions of nursing, namely health promotion, disease prevention, care and rehabilitation were focused on coordination of relatives to participate and to be a center for patient care on bed by using in-patient service methods which consisted of 4 main processes, i.e. preparation before receiving the patient, receiving patients, nursing care for patients and distribution. The practice aimed to achieve mutual learning and be able to take care of bed-patients at home. They can also coordinate in referring patients to community hospitals, and consulting staffs in the community which allow patients to receive a holistic care.
