ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกัน ของบุคลากรต่างช่วงอายุภายในองค์กร (Factors Affecting Cooperation between Personnel of Different Generation within the Organization)

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกัน ของบุคลากรต่างช่วงอายุภายในองค์กร ที่จะนำไปสู่ความสำเร็จของงานตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ เป็นการศึกษาเฉพาะกรณีของกองนโยบายและแผนงาน สำนักผังเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร  ใช้วิธีการวิจัยสองวิธี ได้แก่ การวิจัยจากข้อมูลที่มีการบันทึกไว้แล้วโดยผู้อื่นและการวิจัยสนาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นบุคลากรของกองนโยบายและแผนงาน จำนวน 9 คน ซึ่งถูกเลือกโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มีปัจจัยสามประการที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันของบุคลากรต่างช่วงอายุภายในองค์กร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร ปัจจัยด้านสภาพการทำงาน และปัจจัยด้านกฎระเบียบและแผนปฏิบัติงาน และพบปัญหาบางประการในการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันของบุคลากรต่างช่วงอายุ เช่น แนวคิด ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมที่หลากหลายและแตกต่างกัน

Abstract

             The main purpose of this research was to study factors affecting cooperation between personnel of different generation within the organization which will lead to achievement of formulated goals. It was a case study of Policy and Planning Division, Department of City Planning, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. A combination of unobtrusive and field research methods had been used in conducting the research. Purposive sampling technique was employed in selecting a sample of 9 officials from the Policy and Planning Division. A structured interview was administered to gather relevant data. The research findings were as follows: First, three factors, i.e., personnel, working conditions, and rules and work plan, were discovered that affect cooperation of different generation personnel within the organization. Second, the research also found some problems of the cooperation of different generation personnel such as a diversity of concepts, attitudes, and behaviors.
